Abstract

This research is applied research that uses qualitative methods with a case study approach model. The aim is to get an overview of the client's coping orientation in overcoming problems and compare the client's coping orientation before and after receiving creative arts intervention. The instrument used to collect data was an in-depth interview based on question items from the Non-Suicidal Self Injury (NSSI) measuring tool during the creative arts screening and evaluation process. The screening process was adjusted to the research subject criteria to obtain 4 female teenagers aged 12-18 years who had married and divorced parents as research participants. Creative arts sessions are implemented for a minimum of 24 meeting sessions and evaluated every 12 meetings. The results of this research are expected to obtain client coping in overcoming problems through creative art interventions.
