Abstract

This research is an analysis of the results of survey activities and FGD (focus group discussion) implementation of inclusive education on Pramuka Island, Seribu Islands, DKI Jakarta Province, carried out by the Bentara Citra Bangsa Polytechnic Inclusive Education Study Program. Based on the results of survey activities and FGDs, it was also found that problems with children's behavior and emotions as well as parents' parenting patterns on Pramuka Island, Seribu Islands. Based on these findings, this research aims to analyze the psychological assistance needs of the children of Pramuka Island, Seribu Islands. This research uses descriptive analysis methods as well as observations and interviews in activities with children and parents as a data mining process to get a more in-depth picture of the psychological assistance needs of children on Pramuka Island, Seribu Islands, DKI Jakarta Province. In this research, the results of the findings of psychological problems that arise in children and problems with parenting patterns on the Thousand Islands Pramuka Island are presented. Based on data analysis, the results showed that psychological assistance is needed not only for children on Pramuka Island but also for parents so they can better understand children's psychological needs. It is hoped that psychological assistance for both children and parents will be able to help the socio-emotional development and mental health of Scout Island children.
