Abstract
This research shows that group play therapy with a child-centered approach can be an appropriate intervention to help ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) children with minimal verbal characteristics. The research was conducted using a qualitative case study method, to produce a descriptive and intensive explanation of the dynamics of changes and transformations in the behavior of the participants in 12 group therapy sessions and to report on these changes that parents can see in the child's daily life. This study involved three male participants with ASD aged 9 to 10 years. SDQ (Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire) will be used as a measurement, along with parent interviews conducted based on PTI (Play Therapy International) standards. A series of group therapy with a child-centered approach will be carried out using the PTDM (Play Therapy Dimensional Model) reference which will show the dynamics of the levels of consciousness-unconsiousness and levels of directivenondirectiveness that occur in the play process and interactions that occur
